Town-appliance proudly offers nationwide delivery on most appliances, with a no-minimum order size delivery option in select regions for orders below $499.5 For orders over $499.5, we provide free standard delivery in most areas. Delivery eligibility and pricing may vary based on location, so please enter your zip code on the product page or during checkout to check for free delivery.

Please note that certain brands may be excluded from delivery due to manufacturer restrictions. If you see additional charges at checkout, it’s likely because your location falls within our remote zones, which may require a shipping surcharge.

Tri-State Area and Beyond: Free In-Home Shipping

For customers in the tri-state area and many surrounding zip codes, we’re thrilled to offer free in-home delivery! This means your appliance will be delivered directly to the room of your choice, including up to two staircases, with no extra fees. To see if your location qualifies for free delivery, simply enter your zip code on the product page or during checkout.

Additional Free Delivery Options

For areas outside the free delivery range, we offer free or discounted shipping based on your order total. In most locations, orders over a certain amount qualify for standard free delivery, where appliances are left at the front door and do not include inside delivery. You may upgrade to in-home delivery service, including up to two staircases, for an additional $37.5 fee. For remote areas, shipping prices may vary depending on the order size and will be displayed at checkout.

For zip codes outside our primary delivery areas, shipping costs will be calculated post-purchase, and you’ll be notified during the checkout process. Please email, call, or text us directly for a delivery quote.

Pro-Style Appliances

Certain pro-style appliances, including large and heavy ranges, may have additional delivery fees due to weight and complexity. These fees will be communicated after your purchase, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Some Exclusions

Town-appliance only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or internationally. To support delivery in those regions we can ship to a freight forwarder. Additionally, we do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes. Finally, Town-appliance will not be responsible for products exported out of the continental United States; in such cases, all warranties will be void.
